Project Overview
The Kumaoni architectural style is a traditional architectural style found in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, India. In this connection, a bus station was designed that combines traditional design with the use of local materials, wood and stone, and its intricate carvings and decorative elements. It also comprises of hotel Building on upper floors and shopping area on the lower floor. The buildings have sloping roof with asphalt single roofing. The walls are made of stone and feature decorative carvings and patterns. The bus terminal has a spacious waiting area with comfortable seats made from traditional materials.
