Project Overview
This is a contemporary home in Muzaffarnagar designed with clean geometry, minimalist detailing, and a strong emphasis on proportion and material balance. The design philosophy revolves around simplicity, openness, and functionality, creating a residence that feels both modern and timeless. The façade features a composition of horizontal bands, vertical elements, and deep recesses, enhanced by the interplay of warm wooden textures, neutral stone cladding, and soft lighting. Large glazed openings allow ample natural light while maintaining privacy through strategic façade articulation.
Project Proposal
The planning focuses on spatial efficiency and natural ventilation, with open terraces and balconies extending the indoor experience outdoors. Warm lighting tones and landscape elements add to the residence’s serene and sophisticated ambiance, especially during twilight. Residence 42 stands as a refined expression of modern architecture, blending elegance with practicality — a perfect balance between aesthetics, comfort, and contemporary urban living.
