Project Overview
It is a 48 Acres site located behined the A.N. Jha International School. Since the Establisment of the State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand there is a heavy traffic movement in the Urban ares of the city. This project is proposed to streamline the movement of commercial vehicles in the city.
Project Proposal
It is comprised of smooth road network in the heierarcy of 30m to Minimum 9m where small offices are located. There are four types of office sizes reanging form 600 sqm to 50 Sqm. Along with this other importants components are commercial area, Petrol Pump, repair shops, Bus & Car parking, repair shops & chunks of greens spaces with two central parks.
