Project Overview
The Training Centre in Pokhara, Nepal, is a purpose-built institutional campus designed to facilitate learning, training, and residential accommodation in a serene riverside setting. Located on a 3.26-acre site along the Seti River, the campus includes academic, residential, administrative, and recreational facilities, all thoughtfully integrated into a cohesive master plan. The design emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and comfort—supporting students, faculty, and visitors through well-organized blocks and open spaces. The planning ensures privacy in living areas, while fostering interaction through common facilities such as dining halls, multipurpose halls, classrooms, and a library. The architecture respects the natural terrain and cultural context of Nepal, using climate-responsive strategies and human-scale design principles.
This Training Centre stands as a model institutional campus that promotes holistic growth, collaboration, and residential learning in a peaceful and resource-efficient environment.
