Project Overview

Located in the holy city of Haridwar, this residence captures the majestic grandeur of Rajputana architecture while responding sensitively to the local climate and cultural setting. The design evokes the timeless charm of Rajasthan’s palatial mansions, reinterpreted with a refined, modern sensibility. The façade features ornate jharokhas, intricately carved arches, chhatris, and slender columns, all harmonized through symmetrical proportions and traditional stone craftsmanship. The imposing double-height entrance portico, supported by classical pillars, sets a regal tone, while delicate latticework (jaalis) ensures natural ventilation and filtered daylight throughout the interiors.

Project Proposal

The planning follows Vastu principles, ensuring balanced energy flow and well-zoned functional spaces. Courtyards, verandahs, and shaded terraces create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, enhancing thermal comfort and visual serenity. The residence stands as a symbol of royal elegance fused with contemporary luxury— a home that celebrates heritage architecture while embracing modern-day comfort and sophistication amidst Haridwar’s spiritual landscape.
