Madhusudan House

Project Overview

The proposed private hostel near Jolly Grant Airport is designed to provide a safe and modern residential facility for students of nearby medical, nursing, and professional institutes. Conceived as a four-story structure, the building combines functionality with contemporary design. Its façade features projecting balconies for each room, terracotta-toned jaali panels for shading, and a vertical glass core that brings natural light into the circulation spaces. The elevated design creates space for parking and essential services at ground level, ensuring efficient land use. Landscaped edges and green detailing soften the built form and add to the sense of comfort and community. Each room is planned with natural ventilation and private balconies, offering a secure yet refreshing environment for daily living.

Project Overview

As a premium private hostel, the project aims to foster a balanced lifestyle, blending academic focus with modern amenities, making it an ideal residential choice for students around Jolly Grant.
