Project Overview

Located in the prime vicinity of Knowledge Park II and Expo Mart, Greater Noida, this proposed commercial development spans 4,390 sq.m. and is envisioned as a dynamic Shop-Cum-Office (SCO) complex. Strategically positioned along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway—an Opportunity Area under the city’s Master Plan—the project supports the region’s vision to generate employment and economic activity for a projected population of 1.2 million by 2021.

Project Proposal

The design features retail spaces on the ground and first floors, ensuring high visibility and footfall, while flexible office configurations are planned on the upper floors to cater to evolving business needs. An alternate provision for service apartments in place of offices is also included, maintaining the uniformity of the external façade. The project aligns with GNIDA’s goal to create a vibrant, mixed-use commercial hub that supports business, retail, and urban lifestyle in one of the city’s most strategic locations.
