The Tourist Rest House at Deenapani, Almora, developed for KMVN, is envisioned as a boutique spa retreat set amidst the serene Kumaon hills. Covering 8,628 sq.m., the project blends traditional Kumaoni architecture with modern hospitality. The design features pitched roofs, stone masonry, and wooden detailing, reflecting the local vernacular while ensuring contemporary functionality. Accommodation includes elegantly designed cottages and guest rooms with warm interiors, ample natural light, and panoramic views of the valley and surrounding forests. Complementing the stay experience, the property offers a welcoming reception lounge, dining spaces, landscaped courtyards, and dedicated wellness facilities for rejuvenation.
