Project Overview
Kiccha Bus Terminal is envisioned as a state-of-the-art transit hub designed to elevate the regional transportation infrastructure while ensuring commuter convenience and civic aesthetics. The architectural form reflects a striking modern identity, with a dynamic series of angular roofs that provide ample natural light and ventilation. The terminal layout includes multiple bus bays organized for smooth ingress and egress, alongside designated spaces for parking, pick-up/drop-off, and para-transit facilities.
Project Proposal
At the heart of the terminal lies a spacious, shaded waiting concourse equipped with seating zones, digital information boards, ticketing counters, and retail kiosks to enrich the commuter experience. The upper floors house commercial and administrative spaces, while the façade integrates a contemporary material palette of glass and terracotta-toned panels. Landscaped areas and clear circulation paths enhance the urban edge, creating a vibrant, efficient, and people-friendly environment.
