The MLCP building features stilt and five upper floors, accommodating 200 car parking spaces, 34 VIP guest rooms, retail shops, and a food court with 17 stalls and terrace dining. The public plaza at the base integrates retail units and food kiosks, offering vibrant public engagement.
Project Proposal
The proposed Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) and Commercial Block project near Janki Setu in Rishikesh aims to address traffic congestion, unorganized parking, and pedestrian conflicts in the Muni Ki Reti area. Spread across multiple zones, the design includes structured spaces for taxis, autos, 2-wheelers, buses, and private vehicles, improving overall circulation and accessibility. The proposal also includes pedestrian walkways, shaded façades, drainage systems, and dedicated zones for autos and food trucks. With efficient zoning, pedestrian-friendly design, and visual access to the Ganga, the development promises to enhance the urban experience while supporting tourism and local commerce.
