Project Overview
The proposed Shopping mall with Multi-Level Parking at Rudrapur is envisioned as a modern retail and commercial hub catering to the growing needs of the city. Strategically located on NH-87, adjacent to the Rudrapur bus stand and in close proximity to the railway station and Pantnagar Airport, the project spans 3.4 acres. Designed with a contemporary architectural language, the complex will feature a variety of retail outlets, anchor stores, cafes, and restaurants spread across multiple floors, complemented by offices, recreational spaces, and a rooftop dining area. A major highlight is the integrated multi-level parking facility with capacity for more than 600 vehicles, aimed at addressing the city’s increasing traffic and congestion around commercial areas.
