Designed to resonate with the heritage and grandeur of the Himalayan hill stations, the architecture draws inspiration from palace-like structures, blending traditional Kumaoni character with refined contemporary detailing. Nestled in the slopes of the valley, the project emphasizes views, wellness, and retreat living, with world-class amenities including spa, wellness centres, and recreational spaces.
Significantly, the development will be branded under The Ozen Collection, making it the first Ozen-branded residence in India, reinforcing its position as a pioneering luxury address.
