Project Overview
Mantra Happy Homes is an integrated residential township thoughtfully planned over 5.18 acres in the fast-growing industrial region of Sidcul, Haridwar. Designed as a sustainable and community-oriented development, the project comprises 272 well-designed apartments along with 68 plotted residences of various plot sizes ranging from 1000 to 120 square yards. Project Proposal
The design vision focuses on achieving a balance between density, comfort, and aesthetics, ensuring each apartment enjoys natural light, cross ventilation, and open views. The façade is articulated through a composition of solids and voids, using punctured fenestrations and color accents that create a vibrant yet harmonious visual identity. All blocks are oriented to face green parks and open areas, encouraging a strong community connection. Thoughtful detailing in circulation, parking, and shared amenities such as gardens, play zones, and a swimming pool enhances the quality of life, making Mantra Happy Homes a landmark example of affordable yet aspirational housing in Haridwar.
