The façade features a balanced interplay of glass, wood, and stone, creating a clean yet warm contemporary aesthetic. Large glazed panels enhance natural light, while deep balconies and planters bring greenery into each level
Project Proposal
The architectural language emphasizes verticality and proportion, with the use of contrasting materials — natural stone cladding paired with wooden textures — adding visual depth and richness. A pergola-topped terrace introduces a semi-open recreational zone, making it ideal for leisure and gatherings. Internally, the spatial layout prioritizes openness, cross-ventilation, and comfort. Every element of design aims to create a refined, livable environment that blends modern luxury with practical urban living — a residence that stands out for its elegance, clarity, and timeless architectural character.
