Located in the serene town of Hussain Ganj, Mussoorie. Touching Chamba Mussoorie Marg to the north and the Cart Road to the south. The land is blessed with a diverse range of trees, predominantly oak and pine.
Project Proposal
The purpose of Mussoorie’s Eco Park is to combine education, inspiration, and recreation in a city level recreation space. Serving as an educational hub that fosters environmental awareness and responsibility. It provides a city-level recreational space where residents and visitors can relax and engage in leisure activities. The park aims to re-establish a self-sustaining ecosystem, creating diverse habitats for plants, animals, and organisms, contributing to biodiversity preservation. Visitors can immerse themselves in meaningful experiences, such as walking trails, birdwatching, and serene surroundings.

The proposal for “MUSSOORIE ECOLOGICAL PARK ” site is located near ITBP Academy, Mussoourie, touching the Chamba- Mussoorie Marg on the northern side and Cart Road in southern side. The existing site is almost barren without any distinctive features and hence an elaborate study was conducted throughout the region regarding NATURAL ECOLOGY & CULTURAL ECOLOGY. Natural ecology comprises of Hills, Forest and Fauna. Cultural ecology comprises Of Agriculture, Arts & crafts and importantly the tourist attraction in the region.
